Rigo has helped improvise various processes at Legacy Labor, to avoid any potential labor shortage faced by their clients. His creativity and initiative has contributed significantly to Legacy Labor’s growth over the last 18 months. With his pleasant, confident, and friendly personality, Rigo has built a strong professional relationship with the Mexican consulate and the representatives of the visa-processing center. This has significantly sped up the migrant workers’ visa issuance process, thereby reducing time delaying. Rigo currently focuses on the recruitment of all Legacy Labor visa employees and manages the crew from the start of the contract to the finish.
Rigo aspires to achieve great accomplishments in his personal and professional life. Prior to joining Legacy Labor and after finishing college, Rigo focused his passion as the Residential Supervisor serving wayward youth. He is married, with 3 kids, and loves to play guitar, travel, and play the game of golf.
