As a Legacy Labor Workforce Coordinator, Jose collaborates closely with our customers and H-2A workforce. Jose specializes in sourcing and recruiting qualified H-2A workers. Additionally, he manages the H-2A employee onboarding, timekeeping, and job performance process. Jose ensures each H-2A worker completes an employee orientation and receives the necessary training to excel in their job.
As an individual from Spanish heritage, Jose takes great pride in his ability to relate to diverse cultures.
Coupled with his over 20 years of leadership and management experience, Jose is able to quickly assist our H-2A workers in acclimating to their new surroundings and work requirements.
